Core Services

Quantity Surveying

We have many years experience in drawing up contract conditions that are appropriate to planned maintenance, and projects have an excellent dispute-free track record.

Our office cost library is constantly being updated with new contract prices and we have first class information available for cost planning. The scope of our project work, and our cost data, covers not only large major repairs contracts, but also cyclical items such as decoration and electrical checks.

Project Management

Much of our time is spent implementing cyclical and major repairs projects which arise from maintenance planning. We have the required skills available in-house for most projects, and have close links with services and structural engineers where these are required.

Stock Condition Surveys and Life Cycle Costingsurveyor in action!

We carry out tailored stock surveys and prepare, monitor and update long term plans for cyclical and major repairs.  We have developed our own system, TPMC Planner, which is fully described here,  or  we can work with clients’ preferred software. We don't operate a formulaic approach, rather we listen to what our clients need as an end result, and work with them to provide a system that works!
